Holiday Recipe Round Up

To get you ready for all your holiday festivities, I'm here to help with your holiday menu planning with links to some of my personal favorite recipes. Regardless of whether you are hosting, or contributing a dish to a potluck, my best advice is to keep things simple. The recipes I'm including are delicious, and easy to prepare; and, each one is sure to be a crowd pleaser.

Appetizers
Pumpkin Hummus
Sushi Rolls (great with kabocha squash for a fall/winter twist!)
White Bean Bruschetta

Sides
Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Sweet Potatoes Au Gratin
Butternut Squash and Wild Rice Stuffing

Main Dishes
Stuffed Acorn Squash
Spaghetti Squash Casserole
Shepherd's Pie  (Recommended: Sub tempeh for lentils, use Savory Herb Gravy)

Desserts
No Bake Sweet Potato Pie
Pumpkin Pie Dip  (Cut water in half, fill into a tart crust to make pumpkin pie)
Maple Cheesecake (This one is a little more difficult/ labor intensive than other recipes, but so good!)

Other (don't forget the biscuits and gravy!)
